Apple’s chief executive officer Tim Cook has the best pay-for-performance rating of any CEO in America, according to the Bloomberg Pay Index.Cook was awarded $65.2 million in compensation last year. During the three fiscal years he has run Apple, revenue climbed 69 percent to $183 billion and net income grew 53 percent to $39.5 billion. Apple was at Milan’s Salone Del Mobile Design Fair in Italy this morning to show off the Apple Watch. Phil Schiller, Jonathan Ive, and designer Marc Newson were all in attendance. Notably, Apple showcased a collection of exclusive colorful Apple Watch Sport bands including dark blue, light pink, red, and yellow. We’ve never seen these bands before, save for an Instagram post of the red one earlier today. The attendees to Apple’s event were invited by Marc Newson who joined the company late last year.
