Ways to start fdisk:

1. Start > Shutdown > Restart in MS-Dos mode > At the “C:>” prompt type “fdisk”
2. Boot off a boot disk > At the “C:>” prompt type “fdisk”
3. While Windows 98 loads hold down the “Ctrl”(aka Control) key > At the Windows Start Menu select “Command Prompt Only” > At the “C:>” prompt type “fdisk”
