This site will cover topics from computers, networking, games, security, call centers, people management, excel reporting & whatever.  I’ve worked in a call center environment for a very long time from tech support/sales to call center management and enjoy troubleshooting, building teams, managing projects & insuring the highest level of quality customer service. I’m very focused on improving waste, cost and productivity. I’ve been raised from an Apple IIe to Windows 3.11, onward to Windows XP then returned to Apple & was inspired by my MacBook Pro. I’m back to Windows 10 with my MSI gaming notebook.
