Apple has announced it will hold an ‘Apple Music Festival’ this September at London’s Roundhouse featuring Pharrell Williams, One Direction, Florence + The Machine, Disclosure, and other popular artists.Apple will broadcast performances to music fans around the world for free, which can be viewed live and on-demand on Apple Music. Leaked diagrams allegedly of the iPhone 6s logic board reveal a new SiP (System-in-Package) design. The images were spotted on Weibo by GforGames.According to the originator of the above schematics, it looks like Apple has indeed chosen to go the SiP route, with the A9 SoC integrating the power management and the baseband chip. Best Buy will begin selling AppleCare for Macs and AppleCare+ for iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches on September 14th, reports 9to5Mac. The date is just a few days after Apple’s expected unveiling of the next generation iPhone on September 9th.The AppleCare plans sold through Best Buy will operate identically to the offerings sold directly from Apple, but they will also combine in Best Buy’s standard warranty. Customers who purchase an Apple product along with AppleCare through Best Buy will be able to service their devices either directly via Apple or through Best Buy itself. Best Buy will become one of few third-party retailers to offer AppleCare.
