B&H Photo Video is Now Selling the Apple Watch

B&H Photo Video has started selling the Apple Watch ahead of the holiday shopping season.The company is selling about 20 variants of the Apple Watch Sport and Apple Watch editions. It’s also carrying about 34 different band varieties for individual purchase.B&H isn’t the first retailer to get the Apple Watch. Best Buy starting selling the watch in August and Target began selling it earlier this month. Apple Found Guilty of Infringing Patent With A7/8 Chips, Could Owe $862 Million in Damages

Apple was found guilty of infringing a University of Wisconsin-Madison patent with its A7, A8 and A8X processors, reports Reuters. A jury in Madison, Wisconsin also found the patent, which improves processor efficiency was valid.The Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation sued Apple in January 2014 alleging infringement of its 1998 patent for improving chip efficiency. Apple denied infringement and argued that the patent was invalid. The team at Apple was getting ready for the launch of the new 4K and 5K iMacs, as well as, the new Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse 2, and Magic Trackpad 2.One highlighted story was a problem with new Magic Mouse 2. It didn’t sound right.The culprit appeared to be the little polycarbonate runners on the bottom of the mouse. “We changed the foot architecture,” says Bergeron, Apple’s VP for Ecosystem Products and Technologies.
