Apple Music to Reach 8 Million Subscribers This Year, 20 Million by End of 2016?

Apple Music will reportedly reach about 8 million subscribers by the end of the year and 20 million by the end of 2016, according to business analyst Mark Mulligan. In Midia Research’s new ‘Predictions for 2016’ report, Mulligan says that Apple Music “went from zero to the No.2 streaming service in a matter of months in mid-2015”. While growth is said to have slowed, the service is still expected to reach just under 8 million subscribers by the end of the year. Apple Music was also predicted to reach 20 million subscribers by the end of 2016. Though that might not be enough to catch Spotify, Mulligan says it will solidify the platform’s position at number two.Share Article:Facebook,   Twitter,   LinkedIn,   Google Plus,   Email,   Reddit,   Digg,   Delicious,   StumbleUponFollow iClarified:Facebook,   Twitter,   LinkedIn,   Google Plus,   Newsletter,   App Store,   YouTubeAdvertise Here

Geohot is Building a Self-Driving Car! [Video]

Geohot, the first person to unlock the original iPhone, has built a self driving car in just one month in his own garage. Geohot has equipped a 2016 Acura with graphics chips that normally power video game consoles and Intel chips to run his AI calculations. The car also features six cameras — similar to the ones found in smartphones — to gather data and images surrounding the vehicle. It has a 21.5-inch monitor and joystick controller that enables self-driving mode. Geohot says his costs to develop the system are $50,000 thus far — with most of that consisting of the car itself ($30,000).
