Apple has revealed that the password on the San Bernardino shooter’s iPhone was changed while in government possession. The Apple ID password linked to the smartphone was modified less than 24 hours after authorities obtained the iPhone, the company told BuzzFeed. If that hadn’t occurred, they may have been able to access a backup of the device. The revelation comes after the DOJ filed a motion to compel the company to build a backdoor into the iPhone, alleging “Apple appears to object based on […] a perceived negative impact to its reputation and marketing strategy were it to provide the ordered assistance to the government.”Apple has been in regular discussions with the government since early January and proposed four different ways to recover the information off the device without building a backdoor. One method involved connecting the iPhone to known Wi-Fi network to trigger an iCloud backup. Apple sent engineers to try that method but they were unable to do it. They then discovered that the Apple ID password associated with the iPhone had been changed. The FBI claims this was done by someone at the San Bernardino Health Department.Share Article:Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Email, Reddit, Digg, Delicious, StumbleUponFollow iClarified:Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Newsletter, App Store, YouTubeAdvertise Here

The resulting wood iPhone case is a crowning achievement in craftsmanship that leaves Mrs. PQ wishing she could make a canoe in the same vein. While our Woodline case, doesn’t float like a canoe, it does stand out for its strength and agility as a slim wooden iPhone case that adds less than a millimeter (the thickness of a dime) to your iPhone.Share Article:Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Email, Reddit, Digg, Delicious, StumbleUponFollow iClarified:Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Newsletter, App Store, YouTubeAdvertise Here

Apple has revealed its design for a beautiful new flagship store in Stockholm, Sweden. The design was shown by Wendy Beckman, head of Apple retail stores in Europe. The store is just one story with glass walls on two sides. Apple will reportedly rebuild the fountain outside and make the area usable for the public even when the store is closed.I had probably expected a glass cube in the style of the Fifth Avenue but the proposal is not as bragging. Just one floor and although the facade facing Hamngatan not entirely of glass have tried to keep the building to blend in, especially the side that faces the Royal Garden to. They want to rebuild the fountain outside with little amphitheater feel and even if the store will not be open around the clock so the cafe tables and the like outside to be available around the clock. It also promised wifi open around the clock.Share Article:Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Email, Reddit, Digg, Delicious, StumbleUponFollow iClarified:Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Newsletter, App Store, YouTubeAdvertise Here
