Apple has selected TSMC as the exclusive manufacturer of its upcoming A10 chip for the iPhone 7, according to the China Times relayed by GforGames.The chip will reportedly be built on a 16nm process with an InFO architecture.Now, according to a new rumor, the next-gen Apple A10 application processor will be exclusively manufactured by TSMC on a 16 nm manufacturing process, using InFO architecture.
