The iPhone 6s will feature a reinforced back plate, according to measurements of a leaked back plate.Previous rumors have suggested that Apple would switch to using 7000 series aluminum to strengthen its next generation device and put an end to Bendgate.Unbox Therapy was able to obtain a back plate allegedly for the iPhone 6s and found that it was slightly taller and wider. The iPhone 6 measures 138x06mmx66.91mm, just slightly smaller than the iPhone 6s plate which measured 138.09mmx67.16mm. However, the most notable change was the thickness of the frame around the volume buttons.
