According to a report from Variety, CBS is set to announce a broadband-only Showtime service, which could debut on the Apple TV.CBS is expected to announce the standalone version of Showtime as soon as today or Thursday. According to the report, the service could be exclusively available on the Apple TV, with other partners soon following.
