Rdio is planning to launch a cheaper $3.99/month streaming music tier that will let you listen to songs ad free but will limit the number of tracks you can directly access per day, reports BuzzFeed.The San Francisco-based music service, which is scrambling to compete with the likes of Spotify and a forthcoming service being developed by Apple, told BuzzFeed News that it will offer a significantly limited subscription plan for $3.99 a month.
