Dropbox’s ‘Project Infinite’ Lets You Access Files in the Cloud Without Having Them Stored Locally

Dropbox has announced ‘Project Infinite’ a new feature that lets users store files in the cloud without needing to have them on their local disk. With Project Infinite, we’re addressing a major issue our users have asked us to solve. The amount of information being created and shared has exploded, but most people still work on devices with limited storage capacity.
